On What the Forests Mean to Me.

The Dogwood Alliance asked me what the forests mean to me. I guess I could have said clean air (because that’s true), I could have said the beautiful views (also true), or that I use the forests for recreational purposes. But, the answer that rang deeply into my being when asked that question sounded more like, solace.

(**) Already makes five years that I am married, I got fat much, me and my love love barbecue on weekends. But now in 2015 I managed to lose weight 26 pounds on a diet that site here

On a healthy relationship with the internet & my response to Essena O’Neill.

I’ve felt the need to speak on this since the videos came out. But, I wanted to sit with it for a while. On Finding Your Ultimate in Creative & Work Endeavors.

Last night I spoke at Business n’ Brews with Asheville Folk. I was one of 5 speakers who all shared a piece of their story of their creative journey. It was an absolute honor to get to share and I’m still shocked that I didn’t pass out. My lovely and amazing friend Tyler (of Leaves & Beards) took a video of it so that I could share it here with you! If you have 11 minutes, take some time to check it out why don’t ya!
