I’m sitting in my new favorite coffee shop in Asheville working on some images that I’m really excited about! I can’t help but think that this is the good life.
A few things I’m appreciating right now:
My new boots!
I went ‘black friday shopping.’ As in I went to Belks at 2pm on black friday and perused a bit. I left with a pair of boots that I’ve fallen in love with! I love that my feet aren’t cold and that I have an excuse to wear jeggings everyday! All I need now is a pair of grey ones so I’m not wearing brown with black. ; )
Yogi Chai Green Tea
I’ve been drinking a lot more hot tea since winter came around. Also, one of my goals for this month was to drink more green tea. The spicy flavors in the chai green tea are just perfect. Not to mention the lovely quotes on all of the tags that Yogi puts on there.
Waking Life Espresso
I’ve been frequenting this place while I wait to pick Kyle up from work. I love the peaceful atmosphere, seriously quality coffee, talking nerdy coffee talk with the owner, and they have AMAZING internet. I can upload my files at lightning speed! Way to take care of your customers Waking Life!

My friends!
I’ve been lucky enough to connect with some of my favorite friends over the last few months. Spending time in Raleigh with Kate, John, and Sam. Shooting Dru and Emily’s wedding. Weekends drinking PBR and talking about life and philosophy with Katie, Rachel, Tyler, Eric, and Collyn. Now, Chris and Jo are coming up this weekend to stay with us in Waynesville! Can’t wait! I’ve been so blessed to have friends that I love like family and that put up with me, all-the-time. : )
